Visitors can use the Peter Marsh Library if they:

• Are a registered member of the SCONUL Access scheme
• If they are Bolton Public Library users
• Are over 18 years of age

There are also options available for members of organisations including the Quilters Guild, U3A and the Lancashire Authors Association.
